Collections: Organize and Share Legislative, Regulatory, and News Tracking
Collections now work across every record type in Page. Build curated watchlists for bills, consultations, meetings, news, and more, feed them from your tracked topics or saved searches, and share them with your team.
Build curated watchlists
Collections in Page previously only worked for news stories. They now cover every record type: bills, consultations, meetings, written questions, people, news, and lobbying communications. Group any of them into named lists, with as many collections as a client file needs.
Collections are distinct from tracking. When you track a bill or consultation, Page monitors it and alerts you to updates. A collection is a curated reference set: a way to save items for easy access, reporting, or team sharing, without additional monitoring.
A dedicated collection browser organizes your lists by client. Each collection shows a live item count and links directly to source records, so navigating from a collection item to the underlying bill, consultation, or article is one click.
Automatic feeds from topics and searches
Rather than adding items one by one, a collection can pull from your existing monitoring. Attach topics to a collection and matching items arrive automatically as they come in. Connect saved searches to pull in results across news, bills, and consultations on an ongoing basis.
A toggle lets a collection follow all topics your team covers on a client, without selecting them individually. When you add a new topic source, Page prompts you to backfill from history, up to a year back.
From the inbox
Inbox items for supported record types now include an "Add to collection" option. Select one or more collections and, optionally, generate a note on the underlying record using the inbox item's summary.
In the report builder
Collections are available as data sources when building a report. Previously only news-based collections appeared as options. Collections holding bills, meetings, or regulatory content now appear under their respective sections in the report builder, so you can scope a report to a specific curated set rather than a broad topic filter.
Shared collections
Collections can be shared with teammates. Shared collections show attribution so collaborators know whose curation they are browsing. Anyone with access can add or remove items, but collection settings and deletion stay with the creator.
