Customizable Inbox Defaults for Government Relations Monitoring
The inbox now has a settings page where you can set default filters that persist across sessions and devices. Email notification preferences have moved there too.
Default Inbox Filters
You can now save your preferred inbox view. Configure defaults for grouping, date range, news visibility, low-priority item handling, priorities, clients, and item types. The inbox opens to your preferred setup without reapplying filters each time.
Government relations and public affairs professionals often have specific monitoring needs. A consultant tracking multiple client files may want items filtered to those clients by default; someone monitoring a narrow set of issues may want only high-priority items visible.
Email Notification Preferences
Email frequency settings and client selection have moved into the inbox settings page. They were previously in account settings. All inbox configuration is now in one place.
