Priority Thresholds and Expanded Notifications for Legislative and Regulatory Monitoring

Email notifications now cover every content type on Page, including news and publications. Set a priority floor to filter alerts by signal strength, and control realtime delivery per content type.

Notifications across all content types

Email notifications now cover every content type on Page: news articles, publications, and newsroom releases join meetings and press releases with support for immediate, daily, and weekly delivery. Previously, immediate delivery was limited to meetings and pressers. You can now configure each type independently from the notification settings page.

For government relations and public affairs professionals tracking legislation, regulatory consultations, and media coverage across multiple jurisdictions, this means a single, consistent notification layer regardless of content type.

Priority thresholds

For relevant record alerts, you can now set a minimum priority floor. Only items at or above your chosen level will trigger a notification. If a topic is high-volume, this focuses your alerts on the signals that matter most to your clients or organization.

Realtime alerts toggle

Realtime notifications for meetings and press releases are now an explicit setting you can turn on or off per content type. The behaviour was previously implicit and always-on for subscribers. If you prefer digest-only delivery for a particular type, you can disable live alerts without losing daily or weekly summaries. Note that this setting only applies when a topic is also configured for realtime exact matches.

Updated settings layout

The notification settings page is now organized by content type, with frequency and per-type controls in a consistent layout. Newly supported types are opt-in for existing users, so your current configuration is unchanged until you choose to expand it.
