Sharing

Share Tracked Records with Clients, with Notes and Read State

Teams can now share a client's tracked bills, consultations, and regulations via a link, with per-client notes and read receipts on the shared page.

Shared tracking pages for clients

The Tracked page can now be shared with a client via a public link. Choose which tabs the link exposes (bills, bill trends, consultations, regulations), and update that selection later without re-sending the URL. Links are org-wide: any teammate can find or revoke the same client link rather than generating a duplicate.

A visit log shows when a client opened the link, so you know whether the page was actually seen.

Per-client links

Sharing the same record with multiple clients now gives each client their own link, with separate view history. The share modal lists all active links together, with per-link visit logs and individual revocation.

Notes visible to clients

Notes can be marked as visible to the client. Client-facing notes appear as a collapsible card on shared record pages and as a line under each row on shared tracking pages.

Notes are now editable by anyone in the organization who can see them. The formatting toolbar (bold, italic, lists) is available when writing. Once a note is shared with a client, it cannot be narrowed back to private.

Track with a note

The track button has a dropdown option to add a note at the moment of tracking. The note is written for the client to read and appears on their shared page, so a tracked list carries context for why each item is being monitored rather than just naming it.

Enterprise organizations can use the same flow, with notes scoped to the organization.

Read receipts per record

Shared tracking pages now track which individual records a client has viewed, not just whether the link was opened. Notes on records the recipient has never opened are marked unread, however old they are. Read state spans all links written for the same client.
